Women's Counselling Support
I support women through the many seasons of life, offering a safe and affirming space to explore identity, relationships, boundaries, self-worth, and personal growth. Together, we work toward greater clarity, resilience, and connection to your authentic self.

Pregnancy, Maternity and Postpartum Care
Pregnancy and the postpartum period can bring profound emotional, physical, and identity changes. I offer supportive counselling for individuals navigating fertility concerns, pregnancy, birth experiences, postpartum adjustment, mood changes, and the transition into parenthood — honouring both challenges and joys.

Eating Disorder Care and Support
Whether you are struggling with disordered eating or have a formal diagnosis of an eating disorder, I can support you on your path to recovery. My training has included Family-Based Therapy (also known as Maudsley), Emotion-Focused Family Therapy, Somatic approaches, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Somatic Approaches.

Anxiety & Depression
Anxiety and depression can affect how we think, feel, and engage with daily life. Counselling offers space to understand patterns, develop coping strategies, and reconnect with hope, meaning, and emotional balance. I integrate mindfulness, somatic awareness, and therapeutic tools to support healing and resilience.

Life Transitions
Life changes, whether planned or unexpected, can bring uncertainty, grief, and growth. Counselling can support you through transitions such as career changes, relationship shifts, aging, identity changes, or major life decisions, helping you navigate change with greater confidence and self-compassion

Musician's Mental Health
Did you know that music and arts students reported higher rates of anxiety and depression symptoms compared to the general student force?* Burnout, performance anxiety, chronic and acute physical pain, and financial stress are only a few challenges that musicians face. Counselling can help explore solutions and provide a sounding board for a long lasting career in music.

Support on your Spiritual Journey
Spiritual counselling offers space to explore questions of meaning, purpose, values, and inner wisdom. This work is non-directive and honours your personal belief system. Mindfulness practices may be integrated to support grounding, self-awareness, and connection to the present moment.

Burnout and Stress
Chronic stress and burnout can leave you feeling depleted, overwhelmed, or disconnected. I support individuals experiencing workplace stress, caregiving fatigue, academic pressure, or emotional exhaustion. Together, we focus on restoring balance, setting boundaries, and reconnecting with what sustains you._

Grief and Loss
Grief can arise from many forms of loss, including death, relationship endings, health changes, or unmet expectations. I offer a gentle, compassionate space to process grief at your own pace, acknowledging that there is no “right” way to grieve and that healing is deeply personal.
